Position: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist

Status: Temporary Part-time for six months (Must provide availability up to 0.5 FTE)

Hours: Monday-Sunday - Nights - 2000-0600, (Sunday nights mandatory) subject to change based on operational requirements

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Register patients arriving for sleep test.
  • Gather and analyze patient information.
  • Follow procedural protocols for the proper performance of sleep testing.
  • Prepare, maintain and calibrate equipment required.

This is what you'll need to do it:

  • Must have successful completion of an accredited educational program of no less than 1 year duration
  • Registered with certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.
  • Must have current BCLS. Able to score sleep/awake stages of sleep.
  • Maintain professional development and comply with the regulations, laws, and guidelines and standards.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
